    3. For our most popular class, Pre-Agility, you’ll receive an email from info@ggdogsports.com in advance (normally several days), notifying you when (date and time) registration is going live. Please mark your calendar and plan accordingly.

    5. Make sure your dog meets our Classroom Behavior Policy. Evaluations are available to those who answered “yes” to any of the four behavioral questions to ensure your dog is suitable in a classroom setting working alongside other teams. If your dog has had any prior bite history please email behavior@ggdogsports.com before you register for class or an evaluation.

    6. Visit our website regularly as we do publish upcoming class sessions several weeks in advance.

POLICIES

  • There are NO class refunds, reschedules, deferrals, or cancellations. Please think carefully about your schedule and commitment to training and your dog’s suitability for group classes before enrolling. Additional appointment Cancellation Policy can be found here.

  • No, there are no class deferrals. Once you have enrolled, we agree to hold a spot for you in which case it is made unavailable to other students.

  • We still recommend coming to class without your dog. A lot of good learning can happen by observing other teams in class and watching the instructor demo. In our upper level classes, students can bring their dog to practice stationary exercises/crating. Please always check with your dog’s healthcare provider before returning.

  • Please notify your instructor ahead of time when you’ll be missing class. There are no make-up classes. You will still receive the weekly homework video assignments from your instructor to practice outside of class.

  • Yes, students are welcome to bring one guest. All guests must complete our online Guest Waiver before attending. They can simply choose the day and time that most closely matches the class they will be attending.

  • No, unless this person has been actively participating in class with your dog.

  • Yes, dogs in heat can still participate and attend class but must wear panties at all times while in the building.

    2. Minors must follow instructions from the class instructor and accompanying adult/guardian.

    3. The Class Instructor reserves the right to ask the accompanying adult at any time to hold the leash if the trainer observes the dog displaying disruptive behavior and/or not under leash control with the minor holding the leash.
