The following rules and regulations are intended to make the facility located 1305 Carroll Ave. (the “Facility”)  as safe, enjoyable and pleasant as possible for all users and participants.

  1. Use. Only those individuals who have executed “Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release of Liability and indemnity Agreement ” and “COVID-19 Release Waiver” may use the Facility. No guests are permitted. The Facility and related equipment are to be used solely for dog training purposes. No commercial use, instructional classes or private lessons are permitted during rental time. Maximum field rental time is two hours for up to four dogs.

  2. Access. A personal access code will be given to you to access the Facility during certain authorized times. You are not allowed to use your access code outside of authorized times and further agree not to share the access code with anyone else. Please report a lost or stolen access code immediately to GGDS.
    Only use the equipment or training room you have signed up to use. Do not use or enter unoccupied offices or training rooms. 

  3. Dog Elimination. Dogs must not eliminate waste inside or on the building or on equipment. If your dog eliminates (urinates or defecates) on the artificial turf flooring, you will be invoiced for a $15 damage fee for the first occurrence. Second and third occurrences will be invoiced at $25 and $40, respectively. After three occurrences, GGDS or the student’s current instructor reserves the right to remove a student from the class. The student will not receive a refund for any remaining sessions.
    Please follow the posted instructions and use the cleaning station to clean up dog waste. 

  4.  Refunds and Cancellations.  No refunds will be given. An online cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance of your rental appointment can be rescheduled without penalty. For an online cancellation of a rental appointment with less than 24 hours of appointment or a no show (i.e. appointment not cancelled online), you will be charged for missed appointment. An online cancellation for private instruction made more than 72 hours in advance of the appointment can be rescheduled without penalty. For an online cancellation of a private instruction appointment made less than 72 hours in advance or a no show (i.e. appointment not cancelled online), you will be charged for missed appointment.

  5. Dog management. Dogs are to be kept on leash, tethered to one of the columns on the left side of the facility or crated (in your personal crate) at all times except when working. Do not let your dog wander while you reset bars or move equipment.
    Dogs in heat can enter the building and/or participate in classes but must wear panties at all times while in the building.

  6. Equipment. We ask that you not move equipment during your rental. If you move an item (e.g. jump)  it must be replaced to its original position. Only GGDS instructors may move equipment. 

Lockers. Lockers will be available to rent on a first-come, first served basis for an annual fee. Personal items can be stored in the lockers. GGDS is not responsible for items left in lockers. If no lockers are available, contact GGDS management to be added to a waitlist.
