Who Can Join?
Our rental club is for current GGDS students that are training in agility at an Advanced level or higher. Our current Handling & Obstacles students should confer with their instructors for guidance prior to submitting a request to join.  Click here to get Field Rental Approval.

How the Rental Club Works
Only Rental Club members may rent the indoor field. This is to ensure that building access, policies, and safety measures can be shared and followed.

By joining the Rental Club, you will:

• Have access to book rental 30- or 60-minute rental appointments online.

• Be granted access to the indoor agility field for the duration of your rental appointment.

• Be trained in safety and security measures while onsite.

• Have priority access to rent onsite lockers.

The annual Rental Club membership fee is $50. It is in effect from October 1 through September 30. If a member joins between April 1 and Sept 30, the Rental Club membership fee will be reduced to $25. Renewing memberships paid on time before October 1 of each year will save $10. 

How to Cancel or Reschedule your Rental Appointment
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by clicking on the Change Appointment button in your appointment confirmation email. You can reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment without penalty. 

We request wherever possible, that you use the “Reschedule” option, which allows you to choose a new appointment time. If there are no immediate times available, you may select any future time/date and may reschedule a second time once rental hours for the following week are opened again (i.e. Friday evening). You can continue to reschedule your rental appointments so long as it occurs at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

If you choose to cancel and not reschedule, please contact info@ggdogsports.com. Where applicable you will be given a credit for a future appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or a no-show (i.e. appointment not canceled online) will not receive credit.

Rental Club Members! If you are already a member and have been trained, book your rental. Every Friday evening we will open rental appointments for the following week.

Please refer to our Guest Policy for policies on bringing guests to your rental appointment. Your guests must register in advance.

Rental appointments will be offered on a weekly basis, in general from 5am-10pm. We anticipate early and late hours to be available regularly, weekly, but daytime rentals (8am-8pm) may vary as we schedule private instruction, classes, pop-ups and other events.
