Cancellation POLICY

 

Please read carefully the cancellation policy for our different appointments.

  1. Rental appointments
    Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by clicking on the Change/Cancel button in your appointment confirmation email. You must reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment without penalty. Where applicable you will be given a credit for a future appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or a no-show (i.e. appointment not cancelled online) will not receive credit. Where possible, we recommend using the Reschedule option, which allows you to choose a new appointment time.

  2. Private instruction appointments
    Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by emailing info@ggdogsports more than 72 hours in advance of the appointment without penalty. A cancelled appointment will receive credit for a future appointment. No refunds are given for cancellations.
    Appointments cancelled less than 72 hours (3 days) in advance or a no-show will not receive credit. 

  3. Classes
    Registration and payment of the class enrollment fee is a binding commitment that the owner and dog(s) will attend class sessions. No make-up sessions or refunds are offered for missed classes. Please let your instructor know as soon as possible if you know that you will be missing a class. No refunds are given for cancellations.

  4. Evaluations
    Appointments can be rescheduled online by clicking on the Change/Cancel button in your appointment confirmation email. within 72 hours (3 days). All requests for refunds must be received via email to info@ggdogsports.com at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. No refunds or reschedules will be given for cancellations less than 72 hours prior to your appointment.

  5. Workshops, seminars and other events not described above
    The cancellation policy for all other events will be explicitly listed in the sign-up forms for the event. Please read the event-specific cancellation policies before you sign-up.
