The Facility

The facility at Golden Gate Dog Sports has been created for the comfort and safety of both dogs and their handlers. We have 7500 sq ft of clear-span warehouse space with two large roll-up doors and a 25’ high wood-beam ceiling. The space is well ventilated and remains cool in the warmer months.

We offer a 55’ x 95’ agility training area with Club Champion artificial turf flooring manufactured by Grasstex. We consulted with agility facilities throughout the United States to identify the optimal flooring, while keeping safety and comfort in mind. Both handlers and dogs can move easily on this turf with little slippage and great traction for turning.The turf has no infill (rubber pellets) and has short, dense blades that stay upright. Low traction shoes are recommended.
